Cleaning has been my passion for the last 29 years. My very first cleaning client was in 1992 servicing a single mother. I originally began cleaning as a way to support my family financially and have a flexible schedule to be there for them when they needed me most. After a few years it dawned on me that providing cleaning services was a direct way I could personally help and support others. I believe corporate America is severely lacking in not only providing high quality physical services/products but also, meaningful and sincere customer service. Both of these aspects are priorities for us here at H&L Home Services. My favorite thing about H&L Home Services is our ability to make even the smallest positive impact on our client’s lives.
HEATHER HALPERN CLIENT RELATIONS:
I like to say I was born with a mop in one hand and a broom in the other. I started in the cleaning business, helping my mother complete office cleanings when I was ten years old. My main responsibility was emptying the trash cans and wiping down the desks. Now I'm responsible for growing the cleaning company while maintaining our high standard of customer care. I enjoy the cleaning industry due to the instant gratification of knowing our clients are coming home to a clean office or walking into a clean work environment. I have always had a passion for helping people, and with knowing the cleaning industry inside and out, building a career in the industry felt like the right choice for me. My favorite thing about H&L Home Services is our ability to provide a customized cleaning service for every type of client. We recognize that every project is different, and every client is special.
