Walk-Through

H&L Home Services believes clients should only be charged for services they a. actually need and b. actually want. As such, we will schedule a free walk-through of the home or business prior to providing an estimate. This allows us to see the property, size, layout, and condition, and determine what services and wanted/needed. 

Scope of Work/ Estimate 

H&L Home Services believes high-quality service begins with top-notch communication. As such, every potential client will be provided with an emailed scope of work and estimate. This details the different cleaning packages and any additional tasks that may be added to a service (referred to as "Add-On). Once a client decides to move forward with a cleaning service with H&L Home Service. We will then email a full scope of work (including property location, client information, business information, the full scope of work, and cost to the client. The client will be responsible for printing and signing 2 copies to be given to the cleaner on the first day of service. If the client is unable to print a copy, H&L Home Services will provide them with one. 

Changes to Services

Any and all changes to cleaning services must be requested prior to and approved before a scheduled cleaning service. This includes the date, time, services rendered, payment type, or any changes to the service. All requests must be submitted by email to office@HandLhomeservices.com no less than 48 hours in advance. 

Inclement Weather

In the case of inclement weather, the office will reschedule cleaning services for the next available date for all parties. The rescheduled date does not alter regularly scheduled cleanings. 

Acceptable Forms of Payment 

Cash, Check, Paypal Invoice (Credit or debit card via invoice. Must be paid 48 hours in advance), Venmo coming soon!
